Im willing to change my LCD screen for my phone but im worried of its data getting erased and if this step is necessary isnt there a way to backup the data or any other solution?
Nope. Only way to erase your data is if you were to physically damage your storage chips or shock the phone. Be sure to open up the phone carefully using an IFixIt guide, and disconnect the battery before you remove the screen.
