Hi, I ordered a UN55NU6900BXZA Samsung Tv from US. But it says that it works only with AC110-120V ~ 50/60HZ 135W. The voltage standard in my country is 220v. The power supply is BN68-06708G-00. I can’t open back cover to see the power supply because back cover has not any screws. Just has 4 holes that used to wall mount. So can anyone please tell me my tv has dual voltage or not?

If it says only 110V-120V can be used then if you can’t get a refund… your options are limited but you could as a resort use a large step down transformer 240V -110V as used on building sites.
Some people saying that it works 220v altough power supply says 110-120v. So i’m wondering if my tv is one of them.
