Chosen Solution
So my phone fell from my bed and the screen was torn completely apart, the camera, LCD and touchribbons burse because the two frame screws was missing from the bottom which holds the screen in place. Keep in mind that after the fall the phone still rings because the battery was not disconnected. after about two weeks i bought a new screen and install it but the phone doesn’t work but i think the battery is bad too. Therefore i would like to know if my phone is shorted out because i did not disconnect the battery or i shound go ahead and repalce the battery and try again?
I would recommend trying to replace the battery. I don’t think there is a short in your iPhone.
