No, there is an obvious size difference in the iPhone 6S and the 6S plus. I’m not sure how you plan on keeping the screen intact from falling off and damaging your phone.
From a purely technical stand point, yes it is possible… But it would require you to remove the glass and replace the flex cables (requires a very expensive machine). From a practical standpoint, no.
