I remember with older iPads and iPods we could buy flash storage or SSD or SD cards and upgrade the storage in our devices. Is this possible with the Air 2? I saw the logic board diagram and it doesn’t look possible. Has anyone figured out an alternative?
It’s not possible to buy flash cards and just plug it in to work. You have to resolder the flash chip and use special equipment to rewrite chip serial data. It is not a DIY repair.
