Is it possible to upgrade RAM memory of MacBookair 13inch? MacBook Air 13" Mid 2012

I am looking at a Macbook Air also and came across this on ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/4GB-Ram-Memory… I have emailed them, but i’m just curious what you would have to say about it? mitch
