Have anybody disassembled it? Does it have RAM in sockets or is it soldered on mainboard?
I found a source that say that the ram is soldered onto the mainboard. On Asus homepage it says onboard memory https://www.asus.com/us/2-in-1-PCs/ASUS_… So You will probably not bee able to change it. Of course opening up the PC is the best way to see what is under the hood and can be changed.
