Is it possible to test the top board (keyboard) of a 2011 MacBook Pro to see if it’s working before replacing a bad logic board because of water damage? Thanks!
Without fitting a new logic board to test, no. You would need to have the MacBook on to test each individual key, the trackpad, etc, and you can’t do this without a logic board which powers on.
