Is it possible to swap out the logic board from this MacBook Pro Touch Bar, Late 2016 with logic boards from newer models like a MacBook Pro Touch Bar 2017/18 since all the connecter placements are the same?

There are differences between the 16/17 models from the 18/19 models. So going to the very newest is not possible. I haven’t even tried swapping out the newer TB systems around.
