Is it possible to access the CPU in such a way where I can replace the thermal paste on it?

Hi, Here’s a link to a video that shows how to dis-assemble the laptop to gain access to the GPU (and CPU) to refresh the thermal paste. At 11:12 minutes into the video the GPU and CPU are both seen uncovered.
