I have an iPhone SE that the camera flash doesn’t work on. Is it possible to replace the camera flash on it, and if so, what parts would I need?

Yes it is possible, but financially, it would not be realistic. You would need another working set of iPhone SE flash chips, expensive soldering gear, and really steady hands.
