Hi , I was just thinking will it be possible to upgrade LG P70 RAM . I really can’t afford to buy new phone , so if i can upgrade RAM form 512 MB to 1GB . IT will be great!
rahul razdan, the RAM is contained in an IC which is soldered onto the logic board. It is not possible for the regular DIY’er to change that IC. Unless you have a bigger RAM chip with the exact layout and ball grid array, and unless you know how to reball such an IC, it is not possible. Even if it could be done, the firmware might not access the additional memory address. Hope this helps, good luck.
The only way to have more ram is to buy a better phone I first had a free phone and had 512 mb. then I paid 49.99 and now have 1.9 gigs and still is not enough. Its like money the more you make the more you spend hense the more you need !? Go figure
