I was replacing the Touch IC chip on iPhone 6+ but accidentally broke some pads as seen in images below but to fix these pads I would have to wire it to the other side of the board also seen in screenshots of ZXW tool. Sure you can but in order to get the micro-jumper to work properly underneath the IC, you will need some very thin wire. You can source 0.02mm enameled wire from most places that sell micro-soldering supplies. You will also need some UV-curable mask to fix the wire in place so it doesn’t shift around when you heat the IC to install it. Considering you’re asking the question, I will assume that you are starting out. So my advice would be to practice this on a dead board a few times because if you mess this up, the damage it will cause may become un-repairable.
