I have a HP Touchpad, 32Gb model. I would like to know if it is possible to upgrade from having 32Gb of storage to 64Gb?

The RAM is integrated into the logic board and cannot be upgraded. You currently have the top of the line model. You might consider a cloud storage service to gain additional storage.
