It depends on what you mean exactly..you may transfer a bunch of chips from a phisically damaged clean iPhone to a fine working iCloud locked one..in essence you’d be making a brain transplant and although on the tube some make it seem pretty easy it’s indeed a difficult job needing a very, very good technician with great dexterity and tens of chip reworks experience at least. At today’s market prices for an iPhone 6 it would make such job uneconomical, but for the fun of it, if you replace CPU, NAND, Baseband, Eeprom you can get an iCloud “bypass” as some call it.
No - not possible. Many have tried, but it cannot be unlocked
By swapping components from a different phone that isn’t locked and using special tools you can. REWA did it which you can view here: https://youtu.be/v_kI69Z8V04 Very difficult but it does work.
