As of now nobody is able to hack it via software, you have to take a bunch of chips from a good iPhone XR and graft onto the target phone, which overall could cost more than a good phone. So it is basically pointless.

Since it’s dual sim buy a dual SIM card reader module off AliExpress and switch it with the original single sim one.
