i had my iphone screen done by a aftermarket shop. the color is a bit dull and washed and its giving me anxiety i dont even wanna go on my phone. the sharp clean look has faded away fromthe screen. are all third party shops like this? i dont have a apple store near me so should i just keep trying another shop? or is it IMPOSSIBLE to get a good screen with good colour unless its repaired by apple.
As I mentioned in my previous answer, low cost repair shops are low cost for a reason. If you want a high quality screen, you will need to find a shop that installs OEM/Premium grade screens. the problem is many shops will say they do and actually install aftermarket quality. If you known what your looking for, you could weed out the good screens from the poor but that is a lot to ask for a regular consumer. Generally speaking, if the price is low, there’s no way it’s a high quality screen.
