Solved Is Epson L565 Only Able To Print A4 And Legal Epson Printer

I’ve been trying to print “Letter size | 8.50 x 11” in this printer but it keeps readjusting and messing up the border. But, when I tried to print in “Legal Size” and “A4”, it prints the same as the file I formatted it as. I tried everything but it just doesn’t print the same. I checked the printer’s Displays Menu and I saw that there are only “Legal” and “A4” sizes to choose from. (I tried using Epson L360, and it prints fine) Is there a way to fix this or is this printer really just for those 2 sizes?

Elaine Liis the L565 is able to print on the following paper formats: A4, A5, A6, B5, C6 (Envelope), DL (Envelope), No. 10 (Envelope), Letter, 10 x 15 cm, 13 x 18cm, 16:9, User defined, Legal. So it is not the printer that limits this. This sounds like either a setting conflict between your computer and your printer. Make sure that they are set for the same paper. If you “it prints the same as the file I formatted it as.” set the document up as a “legal” paper document it will try to print it as such. Change the format of the document within your application and try it. This is not a printer limitation or fault.
