Solved Is Anyone Aware Of The Correct Solder Ball Size To Use On Bga1023 Soldering

I am curious to know if anyone knows the ball size of BGA1023? I am new to micro soldering and assume I am just phrasing my searches incorrectly. I really appreciate any help you can provide.

0.2mm diameter solder ball placement in 0.35mm pitch. Hope this helps.
