My iPod Nano 4th Generation only turns on when it’s charging and when I unplug it, it turns off and I can’t turn it back on…i plugged it up over night and it still does the same thing, i’ve tried rebooting it nothing happened then I factory restored it still nothing happened :( idk what’s wrong with it plz help me i’m so lost i’ve tried everything
Hi, If it only works with the charger connected it appears as though the battery has failed and needs to be replaced. Even rechargeable batteries have a lifespan. Here’s a link to a video that shows how to replace the battery. ifixit sells a battery replacment kit for your iPod. iPod 4G/Photo Battery There are other suppliers online that may suit you better. Just search for iPod 4th Gen. battery to get results.
