I’m trying to load photos onto my iPod (and I have done this before) but during a sync iTunes quit unexpectedly, deleted all my photos in the process, and now will not put them and a few new ones on because it doesn’t have “the required file”. (Nothing to do with space!) Additionally, when I try to open the Photos application when it’s not connected, the iPod crashes and restarts. Can you help me? Thank you!
Hi Maya, I would suggest you either to use another PC to test out or perform factory reset or recovery.
