Hello. I have an ipod touch 5g that doesn’t turn on at all. It does nothing when I connect to the computer or wall charger. How could I know if the problem is a bad battery or the lightning port not working? Thank you very much in advance.
Your battery is most likely at the end of its life. If you have access to a USB Ammeter, you could use that to determine if the device is really drawing current when it says it’s charging.
