My nano is about 7 years old and it is turning on and then showing the front page and then it goes to a white screen and is stuck. do I need to connect to itunes to fix the problem or do I need to open it ip and fix the hardware. I dont have too many tools and I am not mechanically savy. Please help
I had a very similar problem with my iPod. I fixed mine by restoring it through iTunes. Also if an error occurs and your restoring it use it an apple computer try using a windows computer with iTunes downloaded on it.
