My ipod 160gb classic slim will only charge to certain point. Once it hits a very limited charge it ’locks up’ and will not respond at all. It won’t even come on. Is this a battery issue or is it more likely something else?
@jack1640 this “will only charge to certain point” sounds like a battery issue. Replace it by using this guide. A new battery will at least provide you with a known-good starting point should further trouble shooting be necessary.
