Found this iPod. At first it showed picture then I updated it and it got distorted. Also it was on windows then updated on mac. Buttons still work because I can reset it using menu and center button. Tried restoring, pulling battery, cleaning board with alcohol. Do I need a new screen or logic board?
rtrigiani, you’ll need a new display. Straight forward replacement without surprise. Follow this guide Replacement displays are available right here as well as many other places.
The lcd/digitizer assembly needs to be replaced. It’s impossible to separate the two, if you were gonna try going the cheap route
