the battery died and i tried to charge it but the apple symbol never comes on… i have tried many many times to restart it and to restore it but it never works! PLEASE HELP!!!
I believe you have answered your own question here Noel; the battery is completely dead and doesn’t have enough charge to boot. Try replacing the battery. iFixit has the battery in stock. Here’s the Guide to replace it. Good Luck.
