it shows 0% percent battery settings says battery health is impossible to estimate but my health was 98% before this happens and it automatically shuts down itself and reboots automatically. i already asked apple support about this situation, they found i have some log named “panic-full” and they recommended me to go service centre but i cant get a service from them cuz i changed phone battery myself at 2020/02 . are there any solutions i can do for my own?
There are some tiny components next to the battery connector that allow the battery to communicate with the CPU about charge level. When these are accidentally dislodged during a repair, it will cause these exact symptoms. However, you replaced your battery more than 6 months ago so there doesn’t appear to be a direct relation here. Still, I would open up the phone and closely inspect this area because they may have been partially damaged or dislodged during the repair and only came fully disconnected recently following a drop, for example. Check the components highlighted in red in the picture below.
