Hello, I did a back glass replacement and after reassembling the phone. It is laging. I tried to do some troubleshooting 1- when i disconnect the back and front camera the phone works well with no lag 2- when i connect only the back camera the phone lags ( the camera is work but not a the first attempt ) 3- when i connect only the front camera the phone lags ( and face id says “face not visible” ) 4- when i connected both cameras, phone lags ( both cameras are working, but the flash doesnt ) 5- For the restarting issue i think i damaged the charging port while removing the back glass. I read that in another forum Please help. I dont know what else to do

Back Glass or Whole Housing replacements can suffer from the same issues, mainly damaged flexes or connectors. If the phone works fine without the cameras, then closely examine the camera flexes and connectors (and the equivalent connectors on the logic board. Look for tears in the flexes, even the tiniest ones. Sometimes the connector pins get damaged or some surrounding components can be fully or partially dislodged. All of this inspection may require some magnification. EDIT 2020-10-26 Take a closer at this flex, based on your picture below (https://ibb.co/g9qRMTj).

Hello Michel, While the phone is on connect it to your pc run CoconutBattery app: https://www.coconut-flavour.com/coconutb… If the design capacity shows value around 100mAh (normal value would be the thousands range ~2000-2658mAh)it would suggest you damaged either the battery connector or a tiny component around the connector. If that’s the case you would need a professional to fix it. It would help if you cold post pictures of the battery connector in question.

Did you figured the issue? Because I have the exact same issue. I replaced the charging flex cable with new OEM and still the issue is there.
