You can get them from the 6 up. If you have a 6 harvest them from the PN5V7_LCM_AVDDN_CONN line. There should be a cap and filter near the connector. This is an iPhone 6. There are two caps and two filters of different size. Both are on the PP5V7_LCM_AVDDH_CONN circuit.
