My iPhone X keeps restarting and shows 0% battery. Sometimes, when I’m using my phone or when it’s charging it gets back to it’s normal battery. I tried to connect my iPhone with 3uTools and it says N/A for battery serial number.
More than likely this will be a faulty battery. You will need to rule this out first before moving on to the logic board.
