Hello, i had got a iPhone X for repair wherein the cameras were not working. I fount out that somehow the front camera had been in contact with water and it was causing the back to not work also. I replaced the front camera and its working fine and now the back camera has focusing issues. I checked all caps and everything looks alright to me. I tried changing the back camera to a known good one, same focusing issue and its very grainy image. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Liquid damage is not a really practical repair to perform and you’d be crazy to offer any kind of warranty with it. You might need to send it to a board specialist or try doing a factory reset before you do so. You can back up customer information using 3U tools. Liquid damage is like a cancer for phones. You’ll treat it in one area and then later on it can pop up in other areas or cause other problems. I would inform the customer that although you can attempt to repair it, you cannot guarantee its longevity and it could fail at any moment.
