I had the same issue as described in the thread I will link below. iPhone X in bootloop, error code 4013 in iTunes and nothing would help to restore EXCEPT disconnecting the earpiece flex cable. I disconnected it and the phone booted up. However, when I reconnect the flex cable, the phone will not boot up anymore. Any suggestions? IF I connect the earpiece to the logicboard AFTER the phone is booted up, the phone continues to work and the earpiece works too. Face ID doesn’t. It doesn’t shut down automaticly or anything. The iPhone X logic board is very susceptible to damage following a drop due to it’s sandwiched, dual circuit board design. Some cracked solder balls along the terminations can cause Error 4013. That’s not to say this is your specific issue but if modular or software approaches don’t solve the problem, the next step is to have it looked at by an experienced micro-solderer.
