I have an iPhone XS that is stuck in the restore screen. I have tried restoring it with itunes as well as 3UTools but it gives an error 4013. I have tried different cables as well as MacOS and Windows but it refuses to restore. what could be happening?
There could be a number of reasons for this error. First you need to rule out faulty parts. · Disconnect the top screen flex and try a restore. · Replace the charge port assembly. · Only try a restore with battery and charge port flex connected. If it still will not restore it will be a faulty component on the logic board most likely the NAND but occasionally will be the CPU.
