for some reason, ever since my phone died last night, it won’t charge past 10% and it keeps restarting every few minutes. I swapped chargers 3 different times. nothing is working.
Your phone is restarting every few minutes because you have a faulty battery or charging circuit component. Replace the battery first and see if that fixes the issue.
Hello! If haven’t already, I would try a hard reset to see if it’s a software problem. To do that: The iPhone 7 Plus requires you to hold your phone’s lock button and volume down button at the same time for about 20-30 seconds. ///// And if that doesn’t work, you might try a DFU Restore.
