Hello everyone! so my iPhone is stuck on the apple logo i’ve tried to restore it via iTunes but everytime it’s extracting the firmware my iPhone go out of dfu mode. so i cant restore it ! Any solutions please? i’ve tried to download it manually but it’s still the same thing, extracting takes too long and my phone go out of dfu mode…please help! thank you
If you can’t restore you have a hardware issue, hard to tell what it might be without any previous history of the iPhone. To start with make sure you’re using an original lightning cable or at least a good quality MFi certified one. Second step would be trying restore through a known good lightning dock. If these requisites are both satisfied and restore still failes, you likely have a board level issue and would need a skillful Pro for further troubleshooting.
