Hi, earlier today I dropped my iPhone SE on a tile floor on its back. It randomly rebooted and now it randomly reboots within 3 to 5 minutes of usage. Sometimes when it reboots, it has red and blue lines on the screen. I restarted the phone and reset the phone to factory settings, but nothing seems to work. I have it charging right now, and it’s stuck at 49% charge. I would like help with this issue. Thanks!
The symptoms you are describing could be a result of the flex connectors. Firstly you will need to open the phone up. Remove the metal brackets that cover the flex cables and unseat then reseat the flex connectors as they might have become dislodged when it fell.
