So i dropped my iphone SE and ive noticed that whenever i use it, browsing the net, watching videos, it drains the battery fast and the Phone gets hot like very hot especially on the top of the iphone. I dont know why this is happening maybe because of the fall but i dont think it got wet or anything. Please send help
If the problem started occurring shortly (or immediately) after the fall, then there is most likely some logic board damage. Is there one part of the phone that is hotter than the other, or more specifically, which part of the phone gets hot sooner? That might give you some clues about where the issue is. If you want to try to troubleshoot this yourself, start by opening your device and disconnecting one subsystem at a time (always disconnect the battery first and re-connect it last). For example, disconnect the front camera and sensor flex and then test the device. Keep removing components until it stops heating up. If it doesn’t, then the problem is deeper within the logic board.
