Hi there, I have an iPhone SE 1st generation which does nothing unless I plug it in and put it into dfu mode. Without doing this the phone appears dead. It comes up with the option to reset and I do so but the device gets stuck on waiting for iPhone and eventually error 4013 will appear. Any ideas?

There is a problem with communications between the NAND to the CPU. It is most likely a faulty NAND. There are also other possibilities that could cause this problem including charge port, battery, Tristar IC and charge cable but it is likely to be the NAND. It might be time for an upgrade as this would be a costly repair.
