Hi everyone, So my phone was working just find today when all of a sudden when i tried unlocking it my screen was still dark. Initially i thought my battery died. but when my friend tried calling my phone he can still hear it ringing but my phone is not showing any alert of someone calling, no sound and no vibration. My home button is broken. And it is not responsive to the charger and also when I connect it to my laptop it is not detecting anything. Please help me.
I recommend following from start to step 16 to unplug the battery then replug it back in using this guide: How to replace the battery in your iPhone 5s Once you have done that, you can start up the phone again as unplugging the battery turns the phone off. Consider replacing the home button as it sounds like it got damaged, every time the phone gets frozen or stuck you will need to unplug the battery every time as you can’t hard reset a phone with a broken power or home button, both needs to work.
