About a month ago the microphone stopped working only when you’re in a phone call but if you put it on speaker it works. The main concern is my iPhone 6s keeps saying searching and won’t stay connected to service. I have sprint get it working again and then an hour later it shuts back off…I’ve done all trouble shooting. I don’t know what I need to do to fix this issue.
