I have an iphone 11, did a back glass replacement, while taking down the glass around camera lens, I ripped the upper microphone(with the part of flex) the one behind the back camera, i took out the battery, face id, motherboard, speaker and vibration before doing it, the charging port was inside while doing the back glass, i dont see any visible damage on charging port for it to cause a reboot, i have this panic log, what should I replace according to it, the powerbutton flex or charging port?

Based on the panic log you posted and the back glass repair I would say power button flex is going to be your issue. Mic 2 is actually on that flex cable, which is what the panic log indicates is missing, and the one you said you tore. It’s fairly common to damage that cable during back glass repair since it sits right where you would be trying to get glass separated from the rest of the chassis.
