Hey, I recently installed a new battery in my 6s, but it now resets at anywhere between 30-50%, when it turns back on it reports either 1%, 10% or whatever % it was at last. I believe I installed it correctly (fullcharge 8hrs, full drain, full recharge, reset phone using power and home button). A low battery log is below. Any help is much appreciated. The battery you purchased could be faulty. You will need to rule that out first. If it is not a faulty battery it will be a faulty component in the charging circuit most likely one of the charging IC’s called Tigris. This IC passes the battery information to the CPU and if faulty would give the symptoms you are facing. This can be repaired by a reputable repairer but if it’s not the battery I would consider upgrading.
