Hello, having some real issues with a new screen replacement for my iPhone 7 Plus. I’ll try to note down as much as possible below in dot point format to stop me rambling. Any and all help would be much appreciated! Going crazy here… Iphone was dropped by the girlfriend and screen cracked but still workedBought a new screen off amazon and connected it according to the guide, however the screen would not turn on with the new screen, there was a very faint black back-light. I reconnected the smashed screen and it worked fine so i returned the new screen assuming it was faulty.I got a new-new replacement screen and connected it again but also had the issue with the screen not turning on.I then tried a hard reset with no changeI tried a update through itunes and then a total restore of the software and firmware with no luckI then gave up and reconnected the old smashed screen and it worked fine. I’m really confused and have not been able to find anyone with this issue. Can anyone give me some advice on what to do next?
