hi, i had an issue with my iphone with touch desease , i tried to fix it , did unpluged the lcd screen cleaned the connectors , did some pressor onto the three connectors ( with a sim card …) anyway it worked fine but the problem had come again , decided to remove the sim card, once i put the screws back ( connectors covers) i applied some force on twisting them ,and when I tried to turn on the screen it’s completely black . plugged it to itunes :/ it’s RECOGNIZED ! so is there any solution ? I need your Help Fixers please ! Thanks in advance.

I don’t understand why you used a SIM card to fix Touch Disease… However, based on what you described, it appears as though you did Long Screw Damage (search it on Google) to your logic board. This is a very delicate repair and will require that you find a repair shop that does micro-soldering repairs.

Just an idea other than long screw but did you check to see if you blew out your backlight? If you removed the screen with the battery connected and as you said pressed down and twisted the connector you may have blown out the backlight filter. If you disconnect the battery, reconnect it, hit the power button and then shine a flashlight onto the screen at an angle you may see the apple logo then your homes screen (it will be very dark). If you do see the apple logo or home screen then you blew the backlight which will require micro soldering to replace the filter capacitor. Good luck, hopefully this helps!
