while keeping my iphone on charging it continously try to restart it agan and again but doesent get past apple logo and when i tried to connect my iphone to laptop it just doesent respond and its completely switched off on conneting to laptop
This is most likely caused by a faulty battery. Replace the battery and it should be fine.
It won’t connect to iTunes as its not booted fully. As above probably a battery issue if it’s never had one before. Cheap enough online and easy to fit. You could try disconnecting the front camera, ear speaker ribbon and trying to power it on again. That, if faulty can cause the apple loop.
