Hi everyone. To save you all a wall of text, I’ll reduce everything to dot points: Phone is 3 months oldnever been subjected to extreme heat, water, nor has it ever been dropped from any heightIt stopped working out of the blue, just went black when I was using snapchatI’ve tried holding the home and lock button for 10 secs at least 7 times, to no availI’ve tried reseting to factory 4 timesI’ve tried restoring from a backup (itunes stopped responding)All buttons are unresponsiveno display on screen at allfully chargedIt shows up in itunes like normal - copies music over finewhen I ring it, it will ring and go to voicemail on the calling end but my iphone still has a black screen and no vibration/sounds Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Either a) your screen is damaged b) the connector to your screen is dislodged or loose c) there is damage to the logic board on the iPhone If this is less than 3 months old, take it to an Apple store, and they will repair it for free.
