so what is happening is iPhone is turning on, it goes to apple logo then screen dims, the phone can be put in recovery mode but it fails, it does not show the recovery setting. I’ve tried putting them both on dfu mode and both of those options do not work. The was as I was told did a red screen. Changed out camera and cable for home button. It basically just reboots to Apple turns dim nothing else. Any ideas?
Has anything happened to this phone recently, such as a repair, a drop or contact with water? Are you using an original Apple Lightning cable and charger? The red flash is usually resolved with a replacement (preferably known-good) Front Camera Flex. Sometimes you need to perform a DFU restore afterwards. If you have already tried that, then IMO, you have a logic board issue.
