I replaced an iPhone 6s Plus screen and now the front camera and front speaker is not working. The proximity sensor is working however. I looked over the front camera flex cable and I don’t see any damage. When I first replaced the screen, the camera was still working. After a day of use, it cut out. Is it the screen or the flex cable? Any advice?
Double check connector is properly locked, ideally it should do a light click when it gets in place on its socket. If you can, also check both connector and socket with a good light source and some magnification, it’s hard to see anything possibly damaged unless you have a terrific sight. If everything looks fine but issue is still there, try replacing the front camera assembly.
