My iPhone is stuck on a boot loop when i plug it into a charger. and when i unplug it, it immediately shuts off. And when i plug it into my laptop it doesn’t even turn on. Can someone tell me if this is because of the battery or any other hardware issues?
Yes replace the battery first. Stop trying to charge it as it may corrupt the IOS. Let us know if a new battery doesn’t fix the problem.
