Okay let me try to make this quick and as understandable as possible. I went to sleep listening to music my phone was about 71% battery at the time. When i woke up my phone was dead not showing anything not even the charging sign i was confused and put it in the charger. half an hour later i come and nothing has changed i would really appreciate and recommendations and thanks in advanced
Try holding the power + volume down button for 15 seconds to force a hard reset. If you still can’t get the phone to power on with the power button or no response when connecting it to a computer take it back to apple for Warranty. I would assume the phone is still in warranty as it has not been a year past the release date.
